Star Levels[edit | edit source]

Every single character you use or face off against in BattleJack is ranked in a Star Level from 1 star all the way to 6 stars.

These star levels express how far the character has evolved and essentially how strong it is. Some cards will only have the ability of having 3 stars while others can have 4, 5 and 6 stars. Every single cards star level evolution is able to be attained through out the game tho the higher the star level the lower the chance of it dropping are.

To evolve a card to its next star level you will need to max its level out for that current star and then provide special evolution sacrifices, and sum of gold and also the same amount of current leveled star characters as sacrifices. Each star level has a set max level which continues to grow with each star level. Each Star the character gains will also increase the 'size' of the card. This relates to how large your party is able to be and with your limit of 4 character team they must stay within that limit. Each cards evolutionary material, cost of gold and party size are different while some some factors are the same across the board.

For instance, to evolve a max level 5star Supreme Paladin Aldric you would need to provide max level 80/80, 2 Light Sentinels, 2 Dragon Mimics, 600k gold and also 5x other 5star cards (not including evolution cards Sentinels, ghosts etc).

Whilst evolving a card to the next star level will create a new and more powerful card, the new lv 1 card will actually be slightly weaker compared to the previous maxed level version of its self. This is easily overcome in the first few levels of being raised.
